Dental Treatments We Provide
-
At your first visit, we will establish your oral health baseline. Then, we will carefully review your medical and dental histories and discuss any dental concerns, as well as any symptoms that you may be experiencing. This will be followed by a comprehensive clinical examination, including an oral cancer screening, periodontal evaluation, an analysis of your occlusion (bite) plus a thorough examination of your teeth, their supporting structures, and the complete orofacial area. Any needed diagnostic dental films will be taken at this time.
-
Dr. Krell and his hygienist, Marsha, are some of the gentlest hands that will ever clean your teeth. Marsha is highly skilled in her profession and very talented at cleaning teeth in an incredibly gentle manner. After a thorough cleaning, Dr. Krell will be able to evaluate your overall oral health, and establish a good baseline with dental images that will help any future prognosis.
-
Using the best composite materials, we will replace sections of teeth that are missing, damaged or decayed and make your tooth (or teeth) look aesthetically pleasing and natural. We do all of this while restoring a natural feeling bite as well.
-
When fillings cannot meet the need, we can oftentimes restore cosmetic appearance and tooth functionality with a dental crown. Dr. Krell's state of the art Cerec machine can provide this service in the same day! No need for 2 appointments.
-
Dr. Krell is incredibly skilled when it comes time to actually extract a tooth. His expertise lies in his abilities to both extract unhealthy tissue and teeth, and regrow any needed bone and tissue. There is no need to worry about needing a tooth extraction with Dr. Krell by your side.

After a tooth is extracted and the surgical site heals, Dr. Krell can opt to place implants. Dental implants can support a crown for an individual tooth, be used as abutment teeth for a dental bridge, and help stabilize a denture.

Our Approach to Preventative Dental Care
Three general ideas to evaluate and improve upon:
1
At-Home Equipment
A waterpik, sonicare, and a daily flossing routine will help keep your teeth clean, along with using a minimally abrasive toothpaste.
2
Habitual Changes
Dietary changes to reduce sugar and carbohydrate intake will help lower your mouth acidity and increase good oral bacteria
3
Appliances
Appliances such as bite splints can help reduce jaw pain and teeth grinding. Other appliances can reduce and even eliminate conditions like sleep apnea
